Dead battery under warrantee I was very pleased with the fact that Carbone Subaru replaced my dead battery which was under warrantee. They did it no questions asked. However I I was very pleased with the fact that Carbone Subaru replaced my dead battery which was under warrantee. They did it no questions asked. However I am dismayed that this is the third battery my 2017 Subaru Legacy has needed. The dealership ran a "diagnostic" on the car and found nothing wrong, but I have never needed batteries so frequently and fear that this may continue when the car is out of warrantee. I fear there is something wrong that has not yet been detected and it may be an ongoing problem. More

Purchased my Subaru Outback here, and the salesman, Jeff, went ABOVE & BEYOND in helping me to complete the paperwork and get me into my brand-new car Purchased my Subaru Outback here, and the salesman, Jeff, went ABOVE & BEYOND in helping me to complete the paperwork and get me into my brand-new car! Brought my car in for service the other day. Jeff was around so I touched base about trading my car in, to have a lower monthly payment. Again, Jeff was highly attentive and was super helpful (even squeezing me in between other customers) in gathering information. Bob (I think!) in Service was also super helpful and communicative. He offered suggestions and advice for breaking down a large ($700+) service payment down into more manageable chunks. I would highly recommend this dealership to others! More
