Poor customer service First off parts department, shuttle driver, and people were very friendly and did a great job. I dropped of my OB for a 60k service, asked for inspection on brakes and to install a part I just purchased. When i picked up my vehicle no info on brakes part still in car. The employee at the counter knew absolutely nothing that happened with my vehicle, I can honestly say I feel like they just blew it off not what I expect from a dealership, said they performed work and charged me an arm and a leg. I asked about the brakes because they are squeaking and I wanted to know what was left, all I got was they must be good. I told the guy at the front counter that the part was in the car he said great we will get to it, when I picked it up it was still there no one had touched it, all I got was blamed. And they still put 3k miles on the oil change sticker even though Subaru recommends much farther. This is the second time I have used this service center I wouldnt recommend it, I know I will not be back. More

Scheduling Online I used the online scheduling to schedule my oil appointment. Two days later I received 2 emails, 2 phone calls and a text reminding me of my appointm I used the online scheduling to schedule my oil appointment. Two days later I received 2 emails, 2 phone calls and a text reminding me of my appointment (excessive). Then later in the day I received a phone call informing me the appointment time I scheduled is not available and the next two Saturdays are booked. With that day being my only option I had to take my service else where. The frustrating thing that brought me to this review was I was bombarded with reminders of my appointment only to find out the one I selected isn't even an appointment time. Why is it an option in the first place? Then to get an email and phone call informing me I missed my appointment the following Monday. The online scheduling needs some improvement. I took my service to a place I have used before and they squeezed me in without even having an appointment! That is service! I will no longer use this service department! Buying my car was an amazing experience so I stuck with the service department as a courtesy! More

Repair of radiator leak Four stars for ease of scheduling and night drop off. Also consulted with me via phone call regarding if towing was necessary. Excellent service. The beauty of a Subaru is they don't require a lot of servicing other than regular maintenance, but when you do need maintenance it's nice to know you The beauty of a Subaru is they don't require a lot of servicing other than regular maintenance, but when you do need maintenance it's nice to know you have a dealership you can trust. Services is excellent, and the counter staff is notably polite an knowledgeable. I feel a little bad when they send me information about the new Subarus available, because I expect to have my Subaru for the next twenty years! investigating running lights My running lights would not turn off and I called the service department. They were able to take me in at 5:30 and I left my car there to be reviewed. I received a call in the early morning with the solution to the problem. Additionally, I was able to have the necessary service completed. Excellent follow through with all questions asked. Work was quite expertly completed. More

I have been bringing my Forester to them since 2007; probably an average of 3 times a year. I have driven my 2006 Subaru 175,000+ miles and expect to surpass 225k without any hitches--thanks in part to the quality of service provided here. More
Service extremely overpriced We went to this dealer for a 60k service on a 2010 Subaru outback. We were told the service would cost $600. The spark plug change would be $200. Platinum plugs for this engine run around $9-10 per plug. This means the dealer is charging $160 in labor to change 4 plugs. The other scheduled service items were clearly overpriced. I realize a dealer must make money, but this is stunning. We walked out. More
