We were not exactly sure what we were looking for, but with the assistance of Aaron, he explained all the vehicles and the options that would best suit us and we picked out our new car. He even let us bring our dog in to jump in the back of the showroom cars to make sure he'd fit. Now that's service! The facility is very nice. Easy access service area and a comfortable showroom and waiting area. But most of all we appreciated Aaron's knowledge and honesty, straight shooter. I had browsed other Subaru dealerships in the area, but eventually chose Spokane because of their professionalism with a bit of fun.This is also my very first new vehicle and Mike went out of his way to make this experience a positive one for me. I have a silly grin on my face when I think of how great my new vehicle is and how it all came about. The only reason for the '4' on price is because I am tight with my money and it was hard to part with that much but price for product is worth every penny! Thank you, I am beside myself happy! More

I also had a very good experience with Drew, and felt that he gave me the "bottom line" and the best deal in the region. Drew new his stuff, and made my buying experience very good. I did not feel pressured, and he worked very quickly with the Subaru staff to process my paperwork, making the experience very positive. Overall, on a scale of 1-10 (with 10 being the best possible experience), I would give Drew the 10. The Subaru support staff were also very professional, and made my buying experience very easy. Aaron called me almost immediately after I made on online inquiry about a 2007 Subaru Impreza. Aaron described an extremely well taken care of vehicle, but being from Seattle, I was a little hesitant to mak inquiry about a 2007 Subaru Impreza. Aaron described an extremely well taken care of vehicle, but being from Seattle, I was a little hesitant to make the 4 hour trek to look at it. Luckily, my dad was in the area and was able to swing by Subaru of Spokane and look at the car. My dad reported that the car was exactly as described in the online ad I had seen. I thought that trading in my vehicle would be a hassle since I was on the other side of the state, but Aaron suggested that I take pics of my trade in and e-mail them to him so that he could give me a quote on trade in value. Aaron presented a fair offer and after a little more negotiation (with help from my dad who was still at the dealership), the deal became even better, plus I was given an interest rate that was .51% lower than what I was paying on my trade-in. I left Seattle at 5 pm and rolled into Spokane at a little after 9 and even though Subaru of Spokane closes at 8 pm, Aaron waited for me and I was able to take a look at it and take it for a test drive. Mary and Aaron had already prepared the paperwork, and after a few quick signatures, I had my 2007 Subaru Impreza! I would definitely recommend Subaru of Spokane as a place to buy a vehicle, no matter where in the northwest you live. More
When I walked into Subaru I had already been shopping online and knew that I wanted to test drive one of their certified used vehicles, unfortunately when I got there the vehicle I wanted to test drive w online and knew that I wanted to test drive one of their certified used vehicles, unfortunately when I got there the vehicle I wanted to test drive was not on the lot. While I had done my homework on Subaru in general, I had never been inside one at all, so I asked Dustin if it would be okay to test drive one of the Foresters they did have on the lot just so I could at least see if I wanted to wait for the car I was looking at online. Dustin was nice enough to go grab a Forester for me and we took it for a spin, even though it was a trim level I was not interested in. When we got back from the test drive he went over all the differences in that Forester and the one I was interested in. I still had questions, not just about Foresters, but about Outbacks and Subaru in general, so he took me up to the lot to show me the different models they had explaining the differences in them with the pros and cons for what I was looking for in a vehicle. While I came looking for a certified used vehicle it was the changes that Subaru made to the 2014 Forester that got me wanting to take one for a spin. Again, Dustin obliged and we were off. I have never felt so comfortable buying a car before, I never felt any pressure to buy at any time and I could tell that he genuinely cared about what I was looking for in a vehicle and listened to my needs. I felt more like I was hanging out with a friend than a salesman trying to sell me something I didn't want or need. When it came down to financing I had a specific amount in mind for my monthly payments and Dustin bent over backwards to make sure I got that payment amount. From start to finish he was friendly, made me feel comfortable and I really felt like I had someone in my corner, looking out for my needs. I highly recommend this dealership and especially Dustin. He rocks! Thank you so much for making my car buying experience so much fun and easy at the same time. I left with my new Forester knowing I made all the right decisions, got the best deal possible and I was treated like an old friend or family member. SO AWESOME!! My wife and I were in the market for a new or certified new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well kn new car AWD. I stopped in to check out the new Subaru Legacy so I could tell her about it. We were looking at another car up North at another well known dealership that day so I wanted to see what Subaru of Spokane had in our price range. I met with Aaron and he was very helpful and trustworthy in helping me look at Subaru vehicles. I left and met my wife at the other car lot up North and we were very displeased by how we were handled and left very dissatisfied. It was like an act of congress to even get a test drive so we left. I contacted the dealership and let them know what had happened. They came back with a lot of apologies and wanted to make it right with us. I told my wife how nice I was treated at Subaru of Spokane and convinced her to look at the Subaru Legacy. We made an appointment with Aaron,but he was not going to be in on Saturday so he made arrangements for us to meet with someone else. Unfortunately I did not make my appointment because I got called out on a wild land fire instead. On Mothers Day I checked Subaru of Spokane's website and found that they were open by my surprise so the wife and kids headed to Spokane. The large lot up North was closed on our way by so we headed to Subaru of Spokane. I met with Dustin Capshaw and explained who I had dealt with and what had happened. Dustin did his best to fill in and explained Aaron was off and he would fill in for Aaron without me feeling I was doing something wrong. My wife and I were so glad to have another sales person that was as great as my experience with Aaron. Dustin did a great job and helped my kids and I make my wife's Mothers Day a success. Thanks again Dustin! We are very happy with the car,the price,and especially the integrity of you and the way you do business with customers! More
I just want to point out an out of the ordinary experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership ( experience I had with your dealership. I had an unexpected service issue happen with my 2006 B9 Tribeca on 5-7-2013. I stopped by your dealership (for the first time) to see if they could help me with a leaking radiator. Tim Prevett personally came out to examine my vehicle, which I thought was great, and offered to top off my coolant because it appeared low. Tim checked again in the shop and was able to locate a tech who would be wiling to examine my vehicle more thoroughly. After examination it was determined that the problem needed immediate attention. Without Tim taking this time to care for me and the pride he takes in his job, this could have cost me a lot more and obviously caused more stress for me.
