I came into Subaru of Spokane expecting to trade in my existing 2007 Outback for a new Outback. My friends recently visited and recommended Dustin to me, so I asked for him. He took us to see the Outbac existing 2007 Outback for a new Outback. My friends recently visited and recommended Dustin to me, so I asked for him. He took us to see the Outbacks where I was quickly and surprisingly disappointed in the some of the changes Subaru made. We went on a test drive and while the Outback had the nice new feel to the ride, it lacked the pzazz I was expecting primarily with the tiny sunroof and the wood accents inside. Dustin was very patient with me while I tried and tried to get excited and snooped at other Outbacks and asked about options over and over. To break away from my disappointment, I asked to see the Foresters. Again, Dustin was patient while we started the process over looking at Foresters and all the available options which I couldn't seem to keep straight in my head. They did not have the Silver I wanted in the Forester and so Dustin worked to locate one for me. When they found one, he pointed out that he thought even the interior was just the color I wanted. Dustin took care of the trade in paperwork and I was offered a fair amount for my 2007. He remembered to include my remote start for the new Forester and promised to call when it arrived- and it was a day early!! The best part, Dustin spent the time to go over how to use/locate all the options in my new Forester and helped me connect my phone!! I never felt pressured, insulted, or hurried- this was tremendoulsy appreciated!!! I look forward to his call to come pick up my new license plates. More
Initially, we had gone to another Suburu Dealer. The sales manager Clinton Garbrecht called and asked us to give Suburu of Spokane another chance. We did decide to see what this Dealership had to offer. Dustin Capshaw was our salesman. We bought a 2014 Touring Forester. The purchase of this car was the most pleasant experience that we have ever had while buying a care. Dustin went above and beyond to make sure that we got what we wanted. He did this in a respectful and considerate manner. I was very impressed with the current operation of this dealership. They said what they meant and they meant what they said. More
My husband and I knew our next vehicle purchase would be a SUV. A lot of research based on how we drive, distance, cruddy winter conditions driving off of the south hill coupled with a lot of heavy sports g a SUV. The other SUV had a very bad blind spot, but the Crosstrek didn't. We keep our other cars about 16 years, so we knew the Subaru brand has proven to hold their value, which narrowed our parameters even more. All in all, we took it on three test drives, and they even brought it to our house to make sure it would fit in our 1938 garage! The last time we bought a car I lost time how many trips the salesman left his desk to consult with "the manager." This time it was far from a typical car buying experience. It was smooth and not pressured. If a buyer is willing to spend over $20,000 for a car, pressure is the last thing that you need! Our own extensive research, plus our salesman answering smart questions and knowing their product is a key component of np making the car buying decision. The next thing that I would strongly point out is that you don't drive the car off the lot....nope....we were with our salesman for about an hour learning every single detail how to operate the entire system. Even if you are a car tekkie, you will appreciate this, because you won't know everything. If you don't know everything....go back! They'll answer your questions and hop in the car and explain it, but if one tiny item isn't answered, count on follow-up phone calls with the info you need! You still get service after the sale. The sale is just the beginning of ownership.....thanks Steve, and thanks Subaru for a car that meets and exceeds our expectations! More

I went to Subaru of Spokane to do something I've never done before, purchase a brand new car. It was a totally new experience for me, but Steven made it easy to understand kept it from being overwh never done before, purchase a brand new car. It was a totally new experience for me, but Steven made it easy to understand kept it from being overwhelming. I picked out the car I wanted in late February and it arrived in Early May. It was totally worth the wait. Steven went through everything with me, showed me the features of the car and helped me understand all the paperwork I was signing. I purchased the car outright. I'd been waiting and saving a long time for that moment and Steven helped make it one to remember. I want to thank him and everyone else at Subaru of Spokane for such an enjoyable experience. We decided to take the leap and buy another subaru. Our 1990 legacy with 170,000 miles was bought new from Camp Subaru and we have loved it. He showed us the car we were looking for, gave us a fair price, and then gave us an inservice on the vehicle (which we needed cause cars have changed alot in 23 years!!). Mary, in finance, got the paperwork signed and complete very quickly, and the deal was DONE!!! We would very enthusiastically recommend buying a car here. Thank you all and we will see you again in another 20 or so years!!! More

He was extremely knowledgeable, spent the entire day working with me and ultimately, I bought the car that suited my driving needs. He was not pushy, but introduced me to several cars in different price ranges and conditions. He worked with me on my trade in and Mary, in finance, was very proficient to get all the necessary paperwork quickly signed and completed. Everyone at the dealership seemed to focus on giving me the best Subaru I could afford in the most honest and straightforward manner. More
First of all, I will only buy a car from Steve Blue. He realizes that the best way to make a sale is to deal fairly and honestly with the customer. He is on your side. I had first visited with Steve after meeting with an abusive salesperson from Appleway. She tried to brow beat me into accepting a price for my trade in and for my new purchase that I didn't really want. Steve was completely different. Night and day different. He has always treated me with respect and has always tried to get prices down to a level that I am comfortable with. Secondly, I have had the life time oil changes on both of my new purchases and they have been worth it. Drive in, get your oil changed, car washed, etc, and off you go. I usually go down to Arby's to eat while they do it. Finally, my last experience with Subaru of Spokane was genuinely easy from start to finish. I never had so little trouble getting a new car. More
