They didn't have a Forester with the color and options she was looking for, and I was expecting some high pressure to settle on a car in stock. However, our salesman, Marshall, worked with us on ordering a vehicle equipped the way we wish. I was pleasantly surprised to not have to argue with the dealership over this, as past experience with other dealers has been unsatisfactory. The car is not scheduled to arrive for about eight weeks, so we will see how financing goes, but we are very pleased so far. Marshall was very easy to work with. If our experience with this dealership continues like this, we will be back when our other daily driver is due for replacement. More

Subaru of Spokane was the second of my three dealership visits. Marshall Cusick was the salesman who greeted me and showed me the Forester model (Touring) that I was most interested in. We went on a test drive and then Marshall very capably answered the questions which I had about the car. It turned out that the Limited model provided all the features that I wanted, so I saved some money in the process. I returned two days later and looked again at the car with Marshall's assistance. Because I had a busy afternoon in front of me, I intended to return the following week to close the deal. However, with the assistance of Marshall, Sam Lagrou, and Mary Alexander, it was possible to complete the transaction in a relatively short amount of time. My overall impression of this car buying experience was very positive. More
