Beware, held our keys hostage: Would not give them back The salesman demanded our keys even-though he and us had already driven our car and went through it to find things that were wrong with the car. He took the keys and went in the back room and gave them to someone and came back out with the bottom line price for our car and the new car price. The trade in price was so low that it reflected what one would think of as a wrecked car even though it was a 2008 immaculate no problem car with low mileage. We asked three times for our keys back as there was no more to talk about. Reluctantly he walked into the back room and I waited by the counter for a few minutes. Then, someone that I had never seen before came walking out of the back room twirling the keys on his finger. He looked at me from 40 feet away and yelled "Are these your keys". I was shocked and said how did I know that I could not see from this far away. He walked toward me twirling them on his finger and proceeded to insult me and told me that he should call the police. I have no idea what he was talking about. I grabbed the keys and told him to do what he wanted and left. What a rude and unexpected experience that seemed to me to emulate a scripted attempt to hold us hostage and intimidate us. More

Awesome service at a moments notice I brought my 2009 Subaru Outback in to the dealership. Thank you Subaru of Spokane This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I called in advance on the 4 Runner I was looking at, and Mr. Blue had it all ready for This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership. I called in advance on the 4 Runner I was looking at, and Mr. Blue had it all ready for me when I arrived. He was helping another customer, so Josh stepped in and we went for a test drive. The car was in very good condition, and the price was a steal. I expected an uncomfortably long process where I would be stuck with a salesperson only concerned with the sale itself rather than my needs. Not the case at all. Josh was super friendly and helpful, and Tyler made the financial part of the process easy on me. I will be recommending your dealership to anyone looking for a new/used car. Thanks again, JOSH! More
