Steve was great about highlighting safety features of Subaru cars and spent a great deal of time explaining everything I needed to know about my new car and it numerous special features. Love My Subaru I purchase a preowned certified 2011 Subaru Outback 09/05/2014. I had researched cars for two months and after talking to people who own Subarus I dec I purchase a preowned certified 2011 Subaru Outback 09/05/2014. I had researched cars for two months and after talking to people who own Subarus I decided that was the car for me and my budget. I worked with Joshua Parazzo for the test driving and was please with that aspect of the purchase -- worked with Joseph Allen on the initial paperwork and was satisfied with the price we agreed upon, which was within my budget. Worked with Tyler for the final paperwork -- only problem was too much paperwork in a short length of time with no chance to really go over the details. This is important for a senior citizen. Proudly drove the car home and checked over the paperwork only to discover a company error in the total price of the car -- I was charged too much. After contacting Tyler the figures were checked and the Subaru dealership was very honest and forthright in correcting the situation and issuing a refund, plus reducing the price of the extended warranty to a bottom figure. I have had an occasion to contact the parts department and they have been more than helpful in explaining any questions I have had to my satisfaction. Subaru of Spokane is an honest car company and its people are great to work with, even if there are some issues to resolve. More

worst dealership nightmare of my life!!! Just over a year ago my wife and I bought a 2005 Subaru of Spokane. it had high mikes which was a concern I was assured that i had just received a new Just over a year ago my wife and I bought a 2005 Subaru of Spokane. it had high mikes which was a concern I was assured that i had just received a newer motor and everything else had been gone through Therefore this vehicle would be "trouble free", and were also told b repeatedly that they "stand behind their work and if anything went wrong that we would be taken care of! the minute we left the dealership the car started having issues, Big Ones! We would take the car in for repeairs and they would try to charge us to repair it, worse yet their incompetent mechanics broke other things and ignored major issues with the engine so that they wouldn't have to pay for it. This car was in for major repairs almost monthly. well almost a year after purchasing the car ithad a major issue that has resulted in over $5500.00 worth of repairs to the engine that were all due to broken engine parts that were ignored as well as the motor had been installed improperly by Subaru of Spokane. all told in fifteen months the car has had close to $9000.00 in total repairs!! Spokane Subaru and John Lefriec have not only showed no willingness to correct the situation, they actually told me I was Stupid for believing that they had any integrity!! Avoid this place at all costs, they are absolute crooks!!! oh and several the good reviews that they received on this page were from employees and family members. like I said Crooks! More

Great experience- Thank you Subaru of Spokane! We went down to Subaru of Spokane last night after seeing a car online we were interested in. We walked around the lot for a while before being helped, but it was an hour before close so we understood. It was nice to not be attacked on the car lot by a used car salesman right off the bat. We test drove the SUV and made a decision right then that we didn't want to let this car go. My daughter told Eric what she was able to pay cash and he got the price down to it which was amazing. While we were signing papers and waiting several other workers approached us and talked about the great aspects of the car. When all was finalized they even pulled the car up to the door and put some floor mats in! Great experience and will definitely be getting any service the CR-V needs in the future done here!! I would recommend Subaru of Spokane to all of my friends and family and I already know of some who will be looking there soon for a vehicle. When you stop by by sure to see Eric McMahon, great guy that will get you a deal!! More

Pricing was straight forward and there was no pressure or normal car buying ambiguity. Financing was also straight forward as well. All in all, I'm very happy with the entire experience and would highly recommend this sales rep and this dealership. More
