What Used to be a Negative Experience felt Possitive When I had learned that my Subaru Outback was "Totaled" in a recent accident I knew the only replacement for me would also be a Subaru. I have driven nothing but Subaru's for the last 25 years. I did a small amount of research on the internet but since my Outback was purchased from Camp Subaru 7 years previous and they seemed to have the most reasonable pricing I thought I would try there first. After 7 years I needed education and the salesman Dustin Capshaw was so willing to spend the time and inform me on every question I had. When we wrapped up our investigation on what I wanted I thought OK now here it goes. I wondered how long it would take me to "get out of there" without an offer on the table. What a relief it was to be handed his business card and be "released" without any pressure. I needed a comparison for pricing purposes so I visited a second dealership in the Spokane area. They had less to offer for more money and I needed to get angry to be able to leave. I went back to Subaru of Spokane the next morning and purchased the car I wanted from the salesperson Dustin Capshaw. More

Great Way to Buy A Car! I bought a NEW 2014 Subaru last year and was totally happy with it. Three weeks ago a moose ran out in front of us and we hit it, thanks to our car it I bought a NEW 2014 Subaru last year and was totally happy with it. Three weeks ago a moose ran out in front of us and we hit it, thanks to our car it didn't crush us just landed on the hood and flew over the top of us to land behind us. Our car was totaled and our insurance paid me almost what I'd paid, because of the keeping value Subaru has. I called Steven Blue as he was so good at helping me last time and told him I wanted to replace it with the same car and payment plan. I am very busy with our business--we make and deliver Huckleberry products, this time of year until fall is our busiest time. So, Steven said he'd find a 2015 and asked me the color and I told him the white like last time with a light interior, he had a hard time finding one, but did and called me with it. Then he drove over to my business with it on a Saturday and I signed the papers and had my new car within 10 days of hitting the moose. Good service! Thanks Steven, Subaru and my insurance co. I thought i'd get screwed where I'm from & probably would have. Despite having to sell my old car :( everything was easy. Dustin is personable & to the point. I don't feel that we had to barter or bargain....he pretty much threw in the extras for nothing. Mary did a beautiful job at explaining the process & gave me great options.
