His level of customer service is something that I honestly have never seen before. From the initial quote of the car I wanted to tracking an exact inbound 2015 Ice Silver Legacy 3.6R (only one of two in the entire Northwest), to dealing with the 3 week delay (out of his control -- it was due to construction at the port/distribution location), Aaron was always there for me to provide status updates. No matter the day or time, Aaron was available to answer my questions. He even took time on his days off to assist me, that is simply incredible. I want to thank Aaron for his professionalism and overall support and service throughout this transaction. Thanks to him I am a new happy and completely satisfied Subaru owner, and even after the deal was complete, he has made himself available to answer my questions and point me in the right direction since I live 300 miles away. Aaron went above and beyond the extra mile to coordinate the shipment of my car and everything logistical and I truly appreciate his service. Like I said, I can go on and on, but words can't truly describe how helpful he has been for me over these past 1-2 months. If you are interested in a Subaru and are open to working with the Spokane location regardless of where you live (I live in Seattle which as mentioned is 300 miles away), I wholeheartedly recommend working with Aaron Hauer, who will take care of you as a customer. The service person was honest about the work on my car The Subaru dealership of Spokane rates an A for the service personnel's honesty. I was told my car needed a couple large money items done. When the mechanic got under the car and saw that I could wait awhile longer I was told when I picked up my car that the bill would be half the amount since I don't need part of it fixed yet. Sam Lagrou was a delight to work with -- no pressure, well informed and gave us what I thought was an honest assessment of the plusses and minuses of a Legacy. We took a look at the other dealership in town but came back to Sam when we were ready to buy. When the car arrived it had some very minor rock chip damage that he pointed out and the dealership fixed for free, damage that I probably would have overlooked. All in all, a very positive experience. More

Much to our surprise we bought a new 2015 Outback Limited We had test driven other manufacturers vehicles and were leaning towards one of the luxury cars. Then to be fair to ourselves, we tried out the Outbac We had test driven other manufacturers vehicles and were leaning towards one of the luxury cars. Then to be fair to ourselves, we tried out the Outback. The first day we had Eric McMahon who is a real go getter and pitched us a deal that was hard to ignore. We left to think about it overnight and even test drove another luxury car the following morning. When we came back, Eric was tied up so we were directed to Steve Blue. Steve is more laid back and moved at our pace, did a thorough job of pointing out features of the outback while doing another test drive. After returning from the test drive the price was agreed upon and we did as much paperwork as we could before heading to dinner and a good night's rest. That gave them the time to detail the car and installed an accessory that we wanted. The following day we showed up, finished everything and drove away with our new Venetian Red Outback Limited. We enjoyed our experience at Subaru of Spokane and enjoy the car even more. Thanks, Steve More
