We had done a lot of research on the new Forrester over a period Subaru of Spokane is a fantastic place to do business when purchasing a new vehicle. We had done a lot of research on the new Forrester over a period of 5 months. When we were finally ready to test drive a vehicle and compare it to others, we started with Subaru of Spokane and their excellent salesman Steve Blue. We discussed the features and options we wanted and he directed us to exactly the right vehicle. At the time, we wanted to drive a few other makes/models that we were interested in, but any concerns we had about the vehicle were put to rest through Steve's expert description and demonstration of the vehicle and its capabilities. At that point, we were instantly sold. Steven service didn't end after the sale though. When all of the paperwork was completed, he gave us a thorough orientation to the vehicle so that we were comfortable with basic and avanced operation of its features. Now, this is somewhat expected, and he did have a checklist, however, he KNEW that vehicle literally inside and out. He wasn't fumbling around trying to figure things out himself while he was showing us. His knowledge level and expertise, truly made this a great buying experience. More
