We knew we wanted an Outback, and were able to look at the inventory online. When we found just what we wanted at a great price we were able to actually purchase the car over the phone. Then, to our surprise, Steve offered to drive the car up to us. What terrific customer service! We have a new car in our garage without ever having to leave our house. (Stay away from Subaru in Spokane Valley) Today I brought my car in for an oil change. Aaron, an excellent young man, told me that Subaru was aware of some Subaru's having an oil consumption issue. My vin # put me in that catagory. They changed my oil and are running an oil consumption for 1200 miles. If my engine, does indeed, need a part to correct the issue, Subaru will take care of it. They shuttled me to work this morning and picked me up right on time. EVERYONE I have had contact with at this location has been outstanding. Their sales floor and service desk are immaculate. I am so glad I did not take my car in to another mechanic for oil change. I am sure I would not have been notified of the possibility of an issue. Subaru's of Spokane is honest and have integrity. Check them out! THANK YOU!!! More

Nothing special throughout the buying experience, he did a basic job for us. I was interested in purchasing another vehicle a couple of weeks later for myself, and so I made an appointment. Aaron didn't show up to the appointment and pawned me off to someone else who tried to spark my interest in a vehicle that had been in an accident. Just a few days before that we had sent in my in-laws to buy a car from Aaron. They bought a brand new Outback from him as well. We didn't receive any type of communication to thank us for the referral. Consequently, I ended up buying my new Mini from another dealership. We will be trading in my wife's Outback for a new Tribeca from a different dealership, as well, unfortunately. I'm sure Aaron didn't intentionally give us poor service, but because of our past experiences, we will not be back to the Subaru of Spokane. More

Our client advisor, Steve Vigue, was extremely helpful, throughough, and patient when it came to answering all of our questions. Once the car was scheduled for delivery, Steve checked in every day with us to let us know where the car was and when we could expect it. Once the car was ready for pick up, the process was extremely easy! We purchased a spoiler for the car and Murray had it installed as soon as the car arrived. Steve was very throughough with all aspects of our paperwork the cars funtionality. Mary in finance was great! The biggest thing I appreciated from all three of these individuals is there was never any pressure to buy something we didn't want. Steve and Mary explained all the additional options and services we could buy but didn't push hard when we declined. All in all, I will be returning back to Subaru of Spokane for my next Subaru! More

Outstanding New Car Buying Experience First, I do not live local to Spokane. I'm in the Tri-Cities about 2-1/2 hours away so Spokane was not initially on my radar. My original intention wa First, I do not live local to Spokane. I'm in the Tri-Cities about 2-1/2 hours away so Spokane was not initially on my radar. My original intention was to purchase locally. While in the process of using my bank's car buying service I found out that they partnered with Subaru of Spokane. Within 15-20 minutes I received an email from them offering a new 2017 Outback for a very attractive price that had the extra package I had wanted included. I was not able to secure a similar price locally (actually not even close and the rigidness of their offer in spite of knowing I was being offered a much lower price elsewhere was automatic turn off). I called the Spokane sales person contact back (Taylor Kirby) to go over their offer again as well as performing an out of the ordinary action between the trade-in and the new car that the local dealer would not confirm they'd do. I was still on the fence about even purchasing the car and was upfront about that. During the conversation Taylor said not only would they agree to my special request regarding my trade and the new car, but that to reduce my burden of the time and mileage of making a round trip to/from Spokane, he would drive the new car directly to my home in the Tri-Cities. He would do all the paperwork at the house, and drive my trade back to Spokane. Wow. I was floored and was completely taken by surprise at the offer and almost couldn't believe it, as I had never heard of a dealer doing something like that. Long story short, not only did I get a very fair value for my trade (through Subaru's guaranteed buyback program), getting a very fair price on the new car right up front, no hassle, no hard sales tactics, and having the car personally driven by Taylor almost 150 miles to my driveway made this whole experience with Subaru of Spokane unexpectedly fantastic. Mary in financing (to finalize all the legal details) was also great and a pleasure to work with. No push of a last chance to try and talk me into buying something extra before the deal was done, which was a very welcome change and I appreciated it. The icing on the cake was Taylor's very friendly attitude, being fully transparent in the details, and going out of his way to ensure I was completely happy with every point in this transaction. Subaru of Spokane (and Taylor) will have first contact on my next vehicle purchase in spite of the distance, as they certainly deserve it. Five stars, 2 thumbs up, happy face, etc... More

the people were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable...PERIOD I came to your facility for service on my '06 Baja. While there, I was escorted upstairs to view some vehicles (for my daughter) and decided to purcha I came to your facility for service on my '06 Baja. While there, I was escorted upstairs to view some vehicles (for my daughter) and decided to purchase a new (2017) Forester. All the people I dealt with (Steve, Aaron, Mary, Murray) were extremely friendly, helpful and seemed quite knowledgeable. I returned the next day with my daughter and we were pleased with the Forester and its many features. After a couple of major setbacks (on the financing), Steve and Mary went the extra mile to make it happen and we (my daughter and I) are now the owner(s) of a fabulous new Forester! The way I was treated at your dealership have made me a customer for life!! More
