After we returned from vacation and due to my work schedule I was not able to go do the final paperwork and pick up the vehicle. I stayed close by my phone in case she had any issues. Steve and Subaru of Spokane treated her like gold! He was accommodating, extremely respectful and took the time to explain everything so that she felt comfortable. They even gave us a full tank of gas on a used car!
