I happened to call and talk to Steve because I was getting the "old salesman runaround" at another dealership. The whole deal was no pressure and done completely over the phone (from Montana). Steve completely respected my budget, none of the "well I know you said $X but this is only $50 more" crap like other salesman. The whole deal felt super honest and I felt very confident in my decision. Our biggest obstacle was getting my trade to Spokane and getting the new car, but Steve even made that easy by meeting us half way on his day off! I have never recommended a car salesman before and I know there are plenty to choose from, but I would recommend Steve to anyone looking to buy a car. More
