We were in our old car in a bad way, owing way more than it was worth. We had zero expectations that anyone would be able to get us out of this car and into a new one. To our surprise Subaru of Spokane work it was worth. We had zero expectations that anyone would be able to get us out of this car and into a new one. To our surprise Subaru of Spokane worked miracles for us they were able to get us into a new 2012 Outback with little money down and kept us below the payment that we had in mind. Stopped by "Spokane's largest car sale ever" at the fairgrounds to dream a little on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We knew full well that we would never qualify to get the car (truck) we wanted. the fairgrounds to dream a little on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. We knew full well that we would never qualify to get the car (truck) we wanted. We are fixed income, didn't have good enough credit and owed to much on our current car. We had already been turned down by two other dealerships. We met Jodi..she introduced us to my new baby, a 2006 Dodge Ram the truck of our dreams. Of course we knew she'd never make it happen but we let her give it a try and dreamed a little longer. Jodi not one time gave us the typical used car speeches or told us things she thought we wanted to hear. In short, she was fantastic. We managed to get qualified to buy the truck. It was a very enjoyable experience and I blame it all on Jodi. I tried to recruit her to sell Tupperware with me but I guess she's all yours. After driving my new truck, we discovered that the windshield was distorted. I drove the truck to Ephrata, Wa and was almost sick to my stomach because of it. After taking the truck to a couple of glass shops and a local sunscreen shop, it was determined that the distortion was in the glass. I called Jodi again and between Jodi and Tim, the windshield was replaced through a local glass shop with no charge to me and I had coffee and a tv to watch while I waited. Lovely service and service people. We will be back and so will our friends More
