Called in to discuss what kind of inventory Subaru of Spokane had on used Forester's as this is what my mother in law, Royce, was looking for. Craig Mesenbrink answered the call and talked to me about s Spokane had on used Forester's as this is what my mother in law, Royce, was looking for. Craig Mesenbrink answered the call and talked to me about several different options that they had in stock and even explained how the certified warranty would work if we purchased a certified car,(this is what I was leaning towards for the in laws). We came in on Saturday and Craig showed us several different Foresters that could work, and Royce choose the red one. After test driving the red one, only Royce liked the color, we came inside their show room were I noticed that for a little more they could get into a brand new one. Craig stated that they had a 2012 model year close out on the Forester's and could make us a great deal on the car with little haggling. By my surprise, and I used to sell cars, they gave Royce and Jim a great price on the new car and a more than fair value on the trade in. Way different they what I was used to in the past. Craig finished up all the paperwork and then we went into the finance office with Tyler, who was professional with presenting the extra options. After finishing Craig went over the entire car with us and made sure that we knew how to use every option on the car before we left. He did not rush and went over some items more than once until we understood it. If anyone is looking for a new car, they need to go see Subaru of Spokane, especially Craig. For a simple, straight-forward, easy process, this is your man! More

We had very specific questions regarding the parameters of the vehicle that we were interested in and Drew went out of his way to answer and confirm to us that yes, indeed, the 2013 Outback was the right rig for us. On the paperwork side of things, Tyler made the experience easy and painless. Having purchased many new cars over the years, often the details of the paperwork component can be excrutiating. Not in this case. We definitely recommend this dealer for the pleasant experience. Keep up the great work. More
i was very pleased with Eric. He was very helpful and friendly. He even delivered my vehicle to the reservation to allow me (a Native American) to be tax exempt. Josh did a great job helping me find the right used car. Made one visit and they didn't have what I wanted.
