He listened to our reason for shopping for a new car and helped us find the one we eventually purchased. It had been 17 years since buying our 1996 Subaru Outback so we were unfamiliar with the current process. The only negative aspect of going through with our purchase was having to sit in the office of the very nice finance manager and being told about the additional items we could purchase. We had not anticipated that and felt it was an unneeded come-on, especially since we had arranged to pay for the new car with cash, rather than finance it. Mike knew we are retired and have to be careful with our retirement income but that mattered not in this transaction. Other than that, everyone else we encountered was very courteous and pleasant. A good thing since we had driven a long distance in order to purchase a new car, which we like. More
