I was very pleased with my 2003 Subaru Outback. I dealt with Mike via email. He worked with me back and forth via email since I work a 12 hour nursing job and can't get to the lot. Mike found me an amazing car that suits my current needs. When I asked for the Autocheck and pics, it was in my inbox in a flash. This was my first time getting a car from the dealers and Mike was very helpful. This car is a blessing for me to find. Mike worked with me and got me a fair price. Mike arranged all the paper works and it was all done when I got there in Spokane. I picked up the car last Sunday and I wished Mike was there, but Craig was very kind and helpful. He was very professional and answered all my questions. When I get my new car in the future, I will call Mike again. I was a little apprehensive about buying a new car as I had not done so in 20 years. Ordered a car from Craig several months ago and it came in way earlier then we were anticipating. Got a great price right up front and did not have to deal with the back and forth stuff. He spent a lot of time going over the car and making sure that I was comfortable with all the features. Mary was great also and got me a great interest rate to! They would not even talk to me about price until I filled out a complete application - including credit check - even though I wanted to pay cash for my car. 2. They would not give me a price even though I came in through the Costco program until I gave them an offer - even though I had asked. 3. I told them I wanted prices on 3 models to assist in narrowing down my options but they would only "work" with me on one car - coincidentally the one they most wanted off of their lot because the newer models were now in stock. 4. When they came back from their pow wow on my offer, they would not give me a straight counter offer. Instead, they gave me lots of numbers with the difference between the two offers. 5. Even though the salesperson said that they wanted to "move" one particular car and they would give a "substantial" price break off the car, she ended up offering $150 lower on a $30,000 car. Not really "substantial" in my book.... More
