I had a nail taken out of my tire; had the air bag light fixed as it was flashing when nothing's wrong and had an oil change. Service manager was pretty thorough with everything and I liked her. However, I don't think the rest of her crew were as good as her. Took a while for my rental car to come(which i've arranged for days before the appt. When my car was ready for pick up, I waited a good while for it before it got driven to me and I don't know why since I saw the driver just chatting with his other coworkers before bringing it up while i was standing outside waiting for it. All of these are minor, but I think the price was quite much. But then again, maybe the parts were just expensive. More

They shuttled me to a local restaurant while they did the repairs, which were under warranty. When they picked me up my car was repaired and was actually washed for me too. I was in town for a wedding a few months after the holidays and was having some trouble (the controls on the dash were flashing on and off) with my 08 Outback the morning of the ceramony. I called Day West Liberty and told them what was going on and that I needed urgent help. They kindly told me to bring the car in ASAP. Within 30-minutes they identified the problem and promptly repaired it (it was under warranty). To be honest, I thought there was no chance that I would be able to get the car serviced at a dealership on such short notice. I figured I would be making the trip back up 79 wondering when the car was going to die on me. Anyway, great staff and service..A++++ More
Took my new Legacy in for its first oil change. It took me a little bit of time to get the apointment, but other than that everything was pretty smooth. 1st and foremost the Day Subaru service dept employees are liars who take advantage of women, they tried to rip my wife off twice. The fist time was with tires at inspection, 1 year old tires all around are liars who take advantage of women, they tried to rip my wife off twice. The fist time was with tires at inspection, 1 year old tires all around and the Day Subaru tech told my wife they needed replaced, I called myself and the manager insisted they need replaced, I instructed my wife to take the car to Sears where we bought the tires and they measured the tread and said all is fine. Wife had to take car back to Day Subaru and report what the Sears auto folks said, finally Day Subaru gave in after me yelling at them over the phone from out of town. The other time was with a brake pad slides needing cleaned for $100 to pass inspection. Day Subaru consistently recommends unneeded services and over charges for parts and labor. The service dept states the oil change will take an hour and 2.5 hours later your car isn't even in the garage. Had a bad sensor on the motor and had to take the car back four times to get it fixed. BTW, I no longer take my Subaru's to this dealer for service and can't wait to sell my Subaru's for another brand. More
