Worst dealership that I’ve ever had to deal with. They refused to negotiate on everything. I was talking to the online sales manager through email and she sent me some quotes that I was satisfied with and was ready to buy. I then drive a hour to the dealership and they give me company different outrageous prices. John’s exact words to me was “their job is to just get you into the door” I went down the road and had a fantastic EASY transaction and was out the door in an hour leaving with an even better model Subaru at less price. South Hills Subaru was bought out by a huge company that owns multiple dealerships and have since become an awful dealership. When my wife and I first walked in to talk to a salesman, everybody was just sitting on their phones looking at us. I should have known right then to turn around and leave.
