Tried to sell me an unneeded repair for over $600! Horrible This service department is the worst! I went in for a "free" headlamp bulb change due to a Subaru recall. They told me the casing was broken and I n This service department is the worst! I went in for a "free" headlamp bulb change due to a Subaru recall. They told me the casing was broken and I needed a new casing for the head lamp for over $400 in parts and over $200 in labor. Service manager said he would contact Subaru and see if they could help me out. Results; 1) Subaru sales manager NEVER called me back; clearly made no effort to see if this could be covered by Subaru. I didn't fall for the scam so they cared not a bit about me. 2) I took it to my local garage who put in a bulb for $43.17 - $30 labor and the bulb. 3) I called Subaru and they reimbursed me due to their recall. WHAT A HORRIBLE SERVICE TEAM! No follow up, systematic attempt to sell me something I did not need or incompetent mechanics who can change a head lamp bulb. They are the WORST!!! More

I was supposed to have a simple oil change and refill of t At Day West Liberty Subaru, be ready to experience a top level of mistreat of your vehicle! I was supposed to have a simple oil change and refill of the fluids. The end result is more than shocking: when I got home, a horrid stink came out of the hood, burned oil, apparently, they lost an important cap from the oil tank and another yellow one was loose I found in the area. All parts around were spilled with motor oil. The level of the oil is low now, I can't even use my car. And of course, I can't see if the refill of the fluids occurred at all, the levels are low. I am extremely disappointed with Day West Liberty Subaru. More

My car had been making some questionable noises so I brought it in for I was absolutely blown away by the level of customer care from this dealership. My car had been making some questionable noises so I brought it in for a diagnosis. Intuitionally the final cost was beyond my budget, but David Brown was very understanding of my situation and went above and beyond to make sure my car got the repairs it needed at a price I could afford. So while I will need to take my car back in for the remaining (minor) repairs, my car is running much better than is was. I'm happy to give these guys all my business for as long as I live in the Pittsburgh area. 10/10 More
