The dashboard indicator lights on my 2020 Forester came on last week. I was told by another dealer that it was safe to drive until they could see me two weeks from the day the lights came on. That was fine until in addition to the lights staying on, the engine didn't get warm enough to heat the interior of the car. My son lives near South Hills Subaru and I drove to have them check it. I didn't call ahead to make an appointment, but Ted had one of the service techs check the cause. It was the coolant system. They squeezed me into their schedule and took care of the problem. I really appreciated that they made time for me on the day after Thanksgiving, especially since it's the first time I was at their dealership. More

Called them the day before thanksgiving about a part that had went bad which actually had an extended warranty on it. They told me to get in there and they'll get it fixed today.. they had no loaner cars tha had went bad which actually had an extended warranty on it. I have a 10 month old daughter and that is our only vehicle I can haul her in. So they saved our thanksgiving day and made sure I was stress free about having a vehicle! Oh and gotta love the coffee machine! 10/10 recommend south hills Subaru. I drove an hour and ten minutes one way to get there.. I live 20 mins from wheeling Subaru but I will NEVER go back to wheeling Subaru.. they didn't wanna help resolve my problem for a week or two. And didn't seem to care.
