James was extremely helpful, knowledgable and patient. He did not try to up or over sell to me and that was appreciated. Both the General Manager and the Sales Representative were friendly, attentive and extremely knowledgeable about their products. I have done business with Day Subaru in the past for both service and sales. They are very helpful and are able to explain the work working being completed and why it needs completed. I often wonder why they have a high turnover for service managers. It seems like every other visit there are two different service managers who I have never seen before. But regardless, they get the job done and they do it well which is all that I ask. More
Took my Impreza in for scheduled maintenance. I had been to a few Subaru dealers while looking to buy a Subaru legacy. From the minute I walked into Day on West Liberty, I just knew I would end up buying from them. Pete, my salesman, was extremely down- Subaru legacy. From the minute I walked into Day on West Liberty, I just knew I would end up buying from them. Pete, my salesman, was extremely down-to-earth and I never felt pressured. He was very friendly and was really just having fun showing me the cars and fielding my questions. No gimmicks, it was just all very straightforward and I really appreciated his honesty and opinions. I receive an invite in the mail to a showing of the new Impreza at this dealership and decided to give it a shot. I was impressed with the event overall and the new Impreza is beautiful. I had a nail taken out of my tire; had the air bag light fixed as it was flashing when nothing's wrong and had an oil change. Service manager was pretty thorough with everything and I liked her. However, I don't think the rest of her crew were as good as her. Took a while for my rental car to come(which i've arranged for days before the appt. When my car was ready for pick up, I waited a good while for it before it got driven to me and I don't know why since I saw the driver just chatting with his other coworkers before bringing it up while i was standing outside waiting for it. All of these are minor, but I think the price was quite much. But then again, maybe the parts were just expensive. More

Most dealerships will try to screw you on a trade in, but these guys were great. I would also note that my friend bought a car from Day through Matthew on the same day, and she also had nothing but great things to say about her experience. More
