Matt was extremely helpful. He took a great deal of time to answer questions and was very knowlegeble about the car. He was able to spend a great deal of time with my wife and I and worked with us to secur to answer questions and was very knowlegeble about the car. Rob is great to work with. Denise Robaire found us wandering new to the service area property, inquired as to what we needed that brought us to this dealer, and then proceeded in short and sweet order to get done what we needed in the property, inquired as to what we needed that brought us to this dealer, and then proceeded in short and sweet order to get done what we needed in the best, quickest and fairest way possible. She then told us our vehicle was subject to a safety recall we had never received. And then, in answering a question we asked, discovered that a recent brake caliper failure twice in one day on a road trip was, in fact, covered under our extended warranty even though the national Subaru customer service hotline reps had told us that it was not. Denise showed us the relevant passage in our extended warranty and when I again called the national Subaru number, they confirmed that this was indeed the case! General Manager, Rob Jaworski, Service Manager Paul Patterson, Day West Liberty Subaru---and all of their customers are most fortunate to call Denise Robare their/our Service Rep Extraordinaire! More

The only issue that I can think of was that there was a little bit of mystery with the final finance rate.Other than that, it was a very good buying experience. My wife and feel that we were treated very well and all our questions were answered. Pete went out of his way to make sure we found the right car and Rayon checked oon us to seethat everything was going w our questions were answered. Your finance mgr Carl was very knowledgeable of what had to be done and wiht easy explanation our finances went well. Pete explained the book on the car and told us how to set up our maintenance. Day has a very good reputation in our family as my son owned a Saturn and never regretted the treatment by the Day staff. I feel the same way and both the wife and I are comfortable in coming in and looking for a new car. We had shopped other dealears and found your dealership to be the most friendly and knowlegeable we ran into. Thank you for the opportunity to voice our opion and keep up ht e good work. More
