We always dread making a new car purchase, and this time around we approached the task with more than the usual trepidation, because the car we wanted was not available in our state. Day West Liberty Subaru, an almost five hour drive from our home, had our dream car, and from the first contact everything went smoothly. Subaru Steve Morton responded quickly to my email, on his day off, and referred me to Rayon Lee, who patiently answered all my questions by phone. On our arrival at the dealership Howard Brooks greeted us warmly and got quickly down to business. General Manager Ron Shiwarski came out to greet us and handle our trade-in. The paperwork was a little complicated, as it involved two states, but Howard and Carl Petro were on top of things. Carl explained all our options and took care of all the details efficiently. Everyone was friendly, but not pushy, and the transaction was super easy and smooth.
