Great Buying Experience When I walked into the dealership, Joe Donas approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. From that point on a very good car buying experience was in the making. Joe was very patient with all of my questions. Then after asking a few of his own, he said he would be right back. He arrived with a set of car keys for a beautiful Pearl Red Impreza. I took the test drive and loved the car. Joe and I then talked about price, and his deal was better than the one I had tested on TrueCar. It was the last day of the year, and I wanted to buy the car right there and then, but I decided to include an important family member in on the decision which meant coming back the following Saturday. Joe did not miss a beat and was very understanding. When we arrived back on Saturday, Joe got everything rolling, and before I knew it I was the proud owner of a new car. Everyone was great, The general manager, Dave Arbogast, even came over and made sure that everything was going well. The person in financing was just fantastic and great at explaining it all. Before I knew it the car was ready and fueled up and Joe came out to the car and showed me where everything was and how the bluetooth worked, which was really helpful. I bought an extra service for my car, which meant bringing it back. The service department called me and set it up and when I arrived, they were ready for me and had a car for me to borrow. I am definately going to go back there the next time I need a new or used car. Wonderful experience. More

I don't like to negotiate prices, their price was solid but you can negotiate the value of your trade. I would have liked more for my trade but in the end I'm satisfied with the outcome. They let car sales walk out the door Car dealerships are hard enough to visit at night when everyone was off of work, so I realize that they can be too busy for walk-ins. That said, we came in and stood around for about 10 minutes before one person greeted us, said they were busy and then walked away. Perhaps asking if I'd like to make an appointment or perhaps giving me a card was too much, or at least saying "hey, we're booked tonight, maybe try tomorrow?" instead of letting us waste 30-40 minutes of our time in a cramped showroom. I'm ready to test drive a Crosstrek now, but if you don't want to make the effort for my business, I'd be more than happy to take it elsewhere. More
