I have had my 2012 Forester serviced with this dealership since purchasing it there new 13 years ago. I’ve always had excellent service and found all the employees I’ve interacted with to be friendly, helpfu since purchasing it there new 13 years ago. Service associates have always been great. My last visit went smoothly with Michelle as she was pleasant and keeping me informed. Received an email earlier asking how things went and responded with same kudo for Michelle. However, I did mention that it appears the technician did not reset the "Needs maintenance and oil change" notice. Have not heard back regarding this. Also, why do repeat messaged asking for feedback keep coming after responding, this should be corrected. More
