Roger, the service advisor, asked when I needed to have the car back, and I told him 3:00 PM. He called me at noon to say the car was done. This was much appreciated. When I picked up my car, I checked out the new moldings. They were beautiful and were perfectly installed! This was a GREAT service experience! What's not to like?
