Problem not diagnosed. I took my car to the dealer because I heard a creaking sound coming from my right rear of the car. I explained that the car did not have to be runnin I took my car to the dealer because I heard a creaking sound coming from my right rear of the car. I explained that the car did not have to be running to hear this sound you could just sit in the car or push on the back of the car and you would hear the creak. I had an appointment for Wednesday they called me Wednesday afternoon and said they couldn’t get it in they would look at it the next morning I said fine I did not hear from them by 1130 the next day so I called them they said oh I’ll be calling you in a half an hour with an estimate and hour and a half later I called them back because I never heard from them I spoke with Dave Brown the service advisor and he explained to me that my car had many issues and it would be approximately $6000 to make my car right and that he could just let me talk to a salesman I was thoroughly confused since my car ran perfect and just had that noise My son came over after I had it towed home he pushed on the car heard this song and got under the car walked and said oh it needs a sway bar link I went to the store bought a swaybar link it was on in five minutes my car is perfect. I am so disappointed in this dealership I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody More
Service is excellent I drivered my 2011 Imprezia to Day West Liberty Subaru to get the oil and filter changed. All work was completed in less than 40 minutes. Great service, as always! The service department is always quick and reliable, friendly as well. I always feel welcomed. I was in and out in an acceptable time period. Waiting area is comfortable with snack machines and complimentary wi-fi, water, and coffee station. They even have an area for kids to play with chalkboards and toys. More
Frindly and fast I stopped in for an express routine oil change. The front desk girl was very friendly and assured me I would be out quickly as there was no one for e I stopped in for an express routine oil change. I asked if they could look at the digital speedometer as it was not showing a reading any more. The nearest consultant told me it was a quick, easy and free fix and he could show me how. He was right! Just a button I had hit by accident in the steering wheel turned off the display and he showed me how to turn the display back on. About 20 minutes later the front desk girl brought me my dirty air filter and said the tech suggested it needed to be changed. I agreed and 10 minutes later I was on my way, with a clean windshield and a fresh-smelling car! More

Outstanding customer service I was at Day for scheduled service including state inspection, and waited at the dealership for the car. All personnel were friendly and efficient. So I was at Day for scheduled service including state inspection, and waited at the dealership for the car. All personnel were friendly and efficient. Someone periodically checks the waiting area to offer coffee and snacks. Personal notification when work is completed. I have all service done at Day. More
Day Subaru Service Wonderful employees, especially Brenda, Roger and Greg. Brenda was great. 6 month check-up I made an on-line reservation per the marketing I received via e-mail. Received phone and e-mail confirmation and reminders and showed up at the deale I made an on-line reservation per the marketing I received via e-mail. Received phone and e-mail confirmation and reminders and showed up at the dealer to be told that the reservations were not honored. The Wi-Fi connection was so slow I just used my phone as a hot spot. And the price of the oil change - all that was done, was $72. I did get out in a little over an hour, so it could have been worse More
