Unexpected surprise I recently purchased a vehicle with Day and noticed a glitch with the dash. Brought it in a few weeks later and was given a loaner from the dealer whi I recently purchased a vehicle with Day and noticed a glitch with the dash. Kind of disappointed I was very disappointed that I had to wait an extra 25 mins to check out cause Brandi did not know my car was done because mechanic never gave her my I was very disappointed that I had to wait an extra 25 mins to check out cause Brandi did not know my car was done because mechanic never gave her my paperwork and I am still waiting on my email copy of service. It’s not Brandi’s fault but that of the mechanic. I watched him walk past me with the keys and was never called to leave. I finally asked her what was the hold up and she informed me of situation. I have been coming there for a few years now and have never been unsatisfied with my service. I am just disappointed in the lack of communication between the service desk and the mechanic. More
