No one ever called to update me, i had to constantly call and 9/10 times would be told that they werent sure what was going on and that they would call me back. No one would ever call back. How did a car that needed 2! New cadalitic converters pass inspection?. Mike in finance was the only bareable part of the experience, he was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. We are never buying another car from here again. More

Did something very nice for me and did a great job My AC was broken so I took my car to them, where they found a leak in my condenser and therefore replaced it. I paid quite a bit and went to leave to My AC was broken so I took my car to them, where they found a leak in my condenser and therefore replaced it. I paid quite a bit and went to leave to then realize it was not completely fixed/cold. They took me in again the very next day and offered to replace what they confirmed as the next issue, the compressor, completely on them. I have never been so thankful. I didn’t have to ask for any favor but they knew I had just paid a lot of money and wanted to do this for me. Will be going back to them if I ever have another issue! More
One recall turns out to be three! I took my 2009 Subaru Forester in for a passenger airbag recall and after dropping it off and being dropped off at home,and later being picked up by t I took my 2009 Subaru Forester in for a passenger airbag recall and after dropping it off and being dropped off at home,and later being picked up by the courtesy vehicle. I was told that there were three recalls on my vehicle brake lines airbag catalytic converter. Day west liberty Subaru took care of all three recalls in a timely manner, we’re very apologetic for keeping the vehicle longer than they said that this was understandable because of the other recalls that I had no knowledge of. One note I had a rattle in the exhaust system and was going to look at it later that day but to my surprise it was repaired. Can’t say enough about the kind and courteous staff at Day West liberty Subaru. God bless and thank you again for your time and trouble. We did not purchase our car at this particular dealer, but they still accommodated us by supplying a free loaner car while ours was repaired. I dropped our car off on a Wednesday and I was notified of the problem Thursday. I was told our car was not necessarily a priority since we had a loaner. I called the following Monday and left a message with another service advisor and received no call back. The next day I received a call that our car was repaired and ready. Upon arrival I signed the paperwork and was informed that they didn’t have time to run it through the car wash. They had the car for almost a week and never had time to wash it. The repair was perfect. You can’t even tell a single part was removed or replaced. The tech who did the work was great, air is ice cold. The service department was a bit disheveled though. More

Don't be sucked into extra service. While I had poor service from Day from the time I had bought my car there, I thought I would give them another chance. All I was having done was an express service oil change. They were quick on the oil change at a fair price, but then came the add on services. Hit me up on air filter, but then came the cabin filter and a tire rotation. Agreed to air filter, but decline the latter. They charge $50 dollars plus for a cabin filter. I went up the street and bought one for $17. and installed it in 5 minutes. Several other dealers offer tire rotation as part of service. Long story short, what should have been a $64 oil change almost cost me twice as much. Also this isn't the most pleasant place to hang out while waiting for my car. While I appreciate old and charming places, this isn't one of those places. More
