Service above and beyond I went into the Express service for an oil change and a multi point check up. It was 30 to 35 minutes prior to closing and I wasn’t even sure if they could do the oil change. They said they could and during the inspection found that my tires were in need of being changed. I knew this going in and figured I’d make an appointment for another time. But Nicolette said she asked the tech if he would mind staying if I wanted to replace the tires at that time. The tech agreed. I was blown away that without even asking they did this for me! I have always received excellent service at Day Subaru West Liberty! A friend had told me about the excellent service center so when I wanted to buy a Subaru I went to Day Subaru West liberty. I have not regretted it! More
Time consuming and underwhelming After being texted, emailed, and robocalled multiple times to set up an appointment, I did. I had to go on their site and schedule it, locking in a time. After 4 hours of waiting in service and multiple requests for updates, from multiple people, I finally got my car back. Still an unresolved hard shift that the service advisor didn’t address verbally or in notes as I now realize. Less than thrilled with buying experience and ongoing service - stayed due to part of deal on new car, likely going elsewhere and closer to house moving forward for better price, convenience, communication, and transparency. Long Time Customer I have owned about six Subaru’s and each have been great vehicles. Currently have ‘11 Outback and ‘17 Legacy. Most of the servicing has been at Day I have owned about six Subaru’s and each have been great vehicles. Currently have ‘11 Outback and ‘17 Legacy. Most of the servicing has been at Day West Liberty, including a rate CVT replacement (under warranty) on the Outback at 50k miles. The staff are always professional. Like home ownership, it seems something always needs fixed (minor things) on my cars, but this dealership gets me in and out quickly and I have never had to return for a given service. I will continue to leverage Day in the future. More
