Every dealership has 3 departments: sales, service and parts. I have leased or bought my last 3 cars from this dealership. Right now I would give HIGH marks to the service and parts departments. So the service department gets an A+, the parts department gets an A and the sales department gets either a C- or. D+. I came in for a warranty replacement of my Thermo Control Valve. I was an hour early on a Friday. They saw me right away and had me back on my way in less than 3 hours.
