I recently brought in my vehicle for the annual inspection. During the appointment, I discovered an issue with previous service that had been done on my vehicle that was resulting in a huge cost. I requested to speak with the manager Adam who respectfully listened to everything I had to say. He spent quite a bit of time looking into the situation and was able to resolve the issue in a way that was very favorable towards me. I was pleasantly surprised by his level of professionalism and genuine caring for the problem. As a young woman, I'm accustomed to being dismissed regarding issues like this. However, Adam and the service advisor Frank were both patient to listen to me and explain the details of the situation. It's so rare to be able to trust a dealership to be honest and fair, but they proved that Subaru of South Hills is just that. I will definitely be bringing my vehicle to this location for any future service needs. More
