I received 3 confirmations (phone link, text, email). I called to ask a question and was told they couldn't do the recall on Saturday because it takes 5 hours. I had to reschedule. On the day of my appt the the guy told me it only takes about 2 hours. He kept reassuring me. 4 1/2 hours later I called and was placed on hold for over 7 minutes so I hung up. Then I got a text saying my car was ready. EVERYTIME I go I spend hours there beyond their estimated time. I also called 3 times this past year about the Takata airbag recall (I received 3 notices) and they kept telling me there was no recall on my car, but my car was on the national registry. They really need to get their act together! More

At no time did he try to rush things. And it was an under warranty issue. And the next day the issue was solved before noon time. And the consultant called me to explain what was done and to advise that the car was ready. More

Joe is always smiling and always courteous, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. These guys treat you like family, and I always feel welcome. I am now a true blue Subaru owner in large part because of these guys! More

Light change $125 I would not recommend to service your vehicle here. Our rear passenger meter light was out, we requested to change it. So, inspection was $125.
