Got poor confirmation for service requested I came in for what I thought was my free 2000 mile check up which I understood was included when I purchased my car. When I made the appointment, I on I came in for what I thought was my free 2000 mile check up which I understood was included when I purchased my car. When I made the appointment, I once again stated that I was coming in for my free 2000 mile check up and I guess the receptionist just said okay, but didn't know what the dealership's policy was. So I arrived and found out that the 2000 mile service was no longer in place and I abruptly left without service. I have lost confidence in the dealership due to this and a prior incident which occurred shortly after my June purchase. I thought the dealer prep fee was nothing more than an expensive car wash. I had tires that couldn't maintain air pressure and when I brought the car in, they said there was no problem, but it took an hour and a half to come to that conclusion and I never had the problem again. On top of that, my radio station was changed making me think your service guys use the car's battery while servicing a car, Not cool. You would think they would have the sense to change it back to cover their tracks, but ..... I also felt like the expedited registration service that cost $500 was overpriced. I t was so slow I could have walked to the DMV myself and gotten faster service. I don't see a reason for returning to this dealership. I have lost trust. More

Took longer than it should have Came in as first customer in the morning. Left well after others that came even after an hour that I was there. Three Subaru's Service Centers I bought my Outback in 2015 and had OK service. No one went out of their way to make you feel appreciated for the business you give them I moved to a I bought my Outback in 2015 and had OK service. No one went out of their way to make you feel appreciated for the business you give them I moved to another city and the Subaru dealership there was a little bit less people related.. Now that I live in Miami-Dade County I don't mind driving 20+ miles north to take my car to Subaru at Pembroke Pines. Their employees are very courteous, attentive and professional. And I mean all, from reception, customer lounge and of course, their service department. The last two service visits my service advisor was Mr. Jaime Garcia. His personal interest that my car job would be exactly what it needed and follow ups made me feel that I was THE NUMERO UNO client at their dealership. Keep up the excellent work More

The wait was way longer than they had estimated, however they continued to update me by calling and apologize Had a routine maintenance done recently. The wait was way longer than they had estimated, however they continued to update me by calling and apologized for the long wait. My advisor Stephen also let me know which future maintenance I needed immediately and what I could hold off on so that they would not overwhelm me financially.
