Great service from beginning to end. First time at service center. Quick, friendly service. Jaime Garcia was my service rep. He was friendly, easy going, professional. I was going to wait for the car, but he advised me that since I was also getting the car detailed I would be better off going home. He quickly got the driver to take me home, and then picked me up when the car was ready. Worked out much better for me. When I got the car it looked like when I first drove it home. It was spotless. The detailing team did a great job. I was overall impressed by everyone I came into contact with. Great experience to have at your first maintenance. More
Terrible communication I received a letter notifying me that my car needed to be brought in for a recall repair. I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist for the fo I received a letter notifying me that my car needed to be brought in for a recall repair. I scheduled an appointment with the receptionist for the following week. I drove a half hour down to the dealership, and when I arrived, they told me there was actually NO fix for the recall yet (despite scheduling me a week prior), and go home and wait for a call once there was a fix in 30-45 days. They called back that afternoon and said there was "now a fix", and scheduled me for 2 days later. During the 2nd appointment (which was supposed to take 15 min total), I waited at Enterprise for a loaner car for a full hour. The repair was supposed to take "a few days, maybe up to a week; we will text you with updates". I received NO communication at all. A full week later, I called them and they said they had just received the parts and were going to START the repair that day. The repair would take 7-10 days more. Another week later, I was called (finally) to inform me my car was ready to be picked up. The pickup process was very smooth; my car was returned in clean, repaired condition, and they gave me a free inspection. Hopefully nothing else breaks; I do not want to go through this again. More

In making this appointment, I made three phone calls to the dealer including speaking in person to the service representative, to question if the work could be done and part was available. Despite being assured three times this work could be done on the scheduled date, when I arrived to drop off the vehicle along with someone else who trailed along to give me a ride home, was informed that there was no part available. And that I could either leave the vehicle there indefinitely until a part arrived, with no loaner car available, or just go home and wait for an email or call that my part had arrived. Claimed they were taken by surprise by Subaru adding the 2014 outbacks to the Takata recall. More

Long wait for a recall. I have no issues with repairs I am not a mechanic. Steven was very nice and so was the girl in the office where I signed. However, this being a recall by Subaru, and already wondering about the "quality" of my car - speedier service should have been arranged, after all, is not my fault that the computer program was faulty. We got 6 months left on my wife lease and we need a bigger car but the Ascent lease is is crazy high so we are waiting for a good Deal or in 6 months we are going to another brand with a 9 passenger car.
