Service on Car I had no appointment and showed up at the dealership asking to see Joe. The first person who greeted me was there 10 minutes before the service depart I had no appointment and showed up at the dealership asking to see Joe. The first person who greeted me was there 10 minutes before the service department even opened, and when I got to speak to Joe, he made me feel so comfortable and very assured that fixing my car would be a smooth process. I barely have to explain anything to him, and he is able to take care of everything. The part had to be ordered but he made arrangements to have the oil changed since it was due for service. When the part came in, I got an email, a text, and a voice message from Joe. When I couldn’t make my morning appointment to get the new part on, he very politely told me afternoon was better anyway. When I was waiting outside to get picked up, another service employee kindly offered to drive me home. I think your service department must be the friendliest and most accommodating place in South Florida. Joe ha been taking care of my Subarus for years and he is a whiz at his job. More

The car was taken in and it was fix and we were all happy. I have spend thousands of dollars servicing my Subaru at the dealership. On the last service that was done on February 19 due to a part that was installed the wrong way just about a week prior, we all notice a little dent on the hood. We spend a long while waiting for a video that showed something inconclusive in my opinion. At the end the car was fixed the right way this time and we went home. This time we went home very disappointed, because we went home with a dent in the hood We will not return to service my vehicle at this dealership. We bought 2 vehicles there. Our reletionship goes back to 2002. i love Subaru, but the next buy will be at a different location. Joe Salerno has always been the person taking care of us at arrival. He is very professional and his customer service is second to none. More
