Have a great process of notification by text message, do things on time and do a great Car Wash. The issues are that SUBARU does NOT cover first few years maintenance for new Ascent Touring like others; nor provide you a Loaner for same day things; does Subaru thinks that we go to the Dealer to Picnic... ? This is a huge deficiency. My mistake, I should have asked about Loaner Policy before switching from Audi to Subaru... Again, the Dealer is excellent service, Subaru Corp policies are deficient though. SAD More

Also they aren't open on Sunday even though it says they are. My only complaint was I was told my car would be washed and when I got it back it didnt seem like it was washed, just vacuumed. Not that big of a deal though. More

The customer Service rep JASMINE was rude and disrespectful, The service manager (Chris) does not return calls, or leave messages on the rare occassion he decides to call. Took 2 weeks to get apt, had to call CS in NJ and complain to get my service and recall handled.Treated like a barbarian!!!!!! WORST experience ever. Last time too. All I wanted was a Saturday APPT was told by Jasmine only important customers are allowed Saturdays, I just just wait 2-3 hours in the lobby. I was insulted, disrepected, laughed at, ignored, ridiculed for 2 weeks. It took calling NJ to get this service done!! All I wanted was service on a Saturday, get recall handled and thats it. I only wanted what was needed nothing more nothing less. I had to get upset to the degree that I was physically ill. Even though I was given a credit ny NJ, which I appreciated. I rather call make an appointment take my car get it serviced and go home. This place is a disgrace, this will be my first and last Subaru, And I make sure I tell EVERYONE what a horrible Company Subaru is.Jasmine should be FIRED!!!! SHe is the lowest form of a person I have dealt with in a very long time. Maybe some Customer Service training would help ( I doubt, she can be helped). More
