Car collection once we had paid was absolutely terrible. Unhelpful employee. We waited 15 minutes. Then the car was moved from where it was parked - 30 feet into the driveway, so it was then blocked in and I had to reverse and do a U-Turn. This poor service & inconvenience spoilt what was otherwise a great experience. More

I walked in expecting only an oil change and nothing more e Steve Ross surpassed my expectations of excellence in service and listening to my issues. I walked in expecting only an oil change and nothing more even though I had 3 other minor concerns with the car. Steve listened attentively and took care of each of these, taking the time to explain them to me and even educate me. For example, my car had a few nicks on the front and rear bumper. I asked for options to paint/protect so it the surface would not corrode. He patiently explained these bumpers were rubber and would not corrode. Patience is the key word here. He also recommended to wax the car every 6 months or so. Excellent information. I left with much more confidence in the service and felt it was absolutely worth the long drive there (I used to get oil change within 3 blocks of home; this dealership is 21 miles away!). More
