Excellence service as always I have purchased 4 Subarus for my son and I from Subaru of Pembroke Pines since 2014. In my lifetime I have had many different vehicles, and in some dealership service departments they act like they are doing you a favor to service your vehicle and take your money. Every time I go for service at Subaru of Pembroke Pines , Joe Salerno makes you feel like family and truly enjoys and appreciates your business. Also a stop in side and Barry Levine always has time to chat and see how you are doing. I went in for a oil change and tire rotation yesterday, and Joe got it done and car washed on a rainy day in a very fast time. I will keep gladly keep coming back More

Treatment was different after my free 24 months of service.. The service rep Steve was awesome, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about what happens now that my free 24 months of complimenta The service rep Steve was awesome, he went above and beyond to answer any questions I had about what happens now that my free 24 months of complimentary service are over, I had gone over the 24 months for the last service by a few weeks and he was still able to help me out to get the service covered by the warranty. The only things that I was unsatisfied with this time around were that I scheduled a recall fix for the Harman Kardon speakers as part of my service visit and they said they performed the fix but im still getting a message on my Subaru Starlink saying that I have to take my car in to fix the recall issue so I dont think they cleared the message in my cars system. The other thing that I was unsatisfied with was that normally when I bring in my car for service they give it a free complimentary car wash but this time around at the 24 month maintenance point they completely skipped the free car wash, not a good last impression once the free complimentary services are over if they want me to keep coming back for service to the dealership. More
