Way to long We had an appoint,ent to get tire checked sincep ressure was really low. We came in and it took over 2.5 hours to get tire patched. It ttok two houra to tell us tire needed patch and than 1/2 hour to to fix. We never expected to sit in dealership that long to get tire patched. Not worth the wait. More

regular maintainence The service writer assigned to me, Steve, did an outstanding job. He worked with the mechanic to resolve a problem I was experiencing with my car. Aft The service writer assigned to me, Steve, did an outstanding job. He worked with the mechanic to resolve a problem I was experiencing with my car. After a couple of good attempts to solve the problem, Steve was able to figure out what was causing the situation and resolved the situation. Steve has always been the person I deal with when having my vehicle serviced and he is always an outstanding representative for Pembroke Subaru! I did have one disappointing experience at the dealership on my visit, which was with the man working at the parts desk. As I approached it appeared he was entering data into his computer. I stood in front of him for a couple of minutes and he never acknowledged my presence. After waiting a couple of more minutes I asked if a particular item was available of would it have to be ordered. He continued to enter data and without looking up, said that I would need to provide the vehicle information. As I had purchased my vehicle from this dealership I thought he would probably check the records to locate the data. He never looked up, nor said another word. After waiting a couple of more minutes with no response from the clerk I walked off. This experience was very disappointing as all of your other personnel have been very good. The parts man is a prime example of the type of "customer service" that neither you or any other business would desire. More
