Recall I do want to say that Jaime Garcia is always very nice and helpful. They did fix what was wrong as far as the recall. But, then they say they are sending it to get washed, but when it gets to me, you can tell it was never washed. This has happened the last two times I was there. The car comes out completely dry, windows dirty. I don't mind if you they can't wash it but don't tell someone that it is, if you know that it's not happening. Also, I asked them to please set up my blue tooth and it worked for one phone call and then went off and won't reconnect at all. It is very far for me to come back for that so, I will just try to reconnect it my self. More

Communication is nonexistent. My car went in with a check engine light. Found out it needs a harness. The car was there previously for the same issue, and spent 26 days there. Went My car went in with a check engine light. Found out it needs a harness. The car was there previously for the same issue, and spent 26 days there. Went I went to pick it up, there was an area of paint missing on the roof. Mind you it’s a 2018 with 2400 miles. Service manager Chris says that warranty will not cover the missing paint. Well the paint was fine when I brought it in 26 days earlier. Says he’ll take care of the paint as a “goodwill”. So I take his word. Now back to the present, the car has now been there this time for 5 weeks waiting on a harness, part was not available. Now 5 weeks later, part arrives, gets installed I get a call to authorize the shop foreman to drive the car, I say yes, and ask did you address the roof paint issue? “Uhhhh, not sure, let me check and I’ll get back to you.... that was 4 days ago. Question... do you think they painted my roof and forgot to call me back to pick up? Or, maybe, they never painted my roof while the car waited 5 weeks for a part in the parking lot. 🤔 More
