Oil change turns into big maintenance bill I always receive great customer service & my 2014 Forester gets a thorough check up when I bring it in for an oil change. My only complaint is that I always receive great customer service & my 2014 Forester gets a thorough check up when I bring it in for an oil change. My only complaint is that I never get "just an oil change" The thorough check up always reveals various maintenance issues that need attention and they manage to turn a simple oil change into an expensive bill. This last one cost $900.00. Wow! More

Fast Service, Fair Pricing I came in short notice with a nail in my tire, euchre was unfortunately unrepsirable. (I was shown the nail in the tire, which was to far to the edge. They saw me right away, gave me same pricing as regular tire places and even took a coupon. I got in and out very quickly too. Car was wash, vacuumed and all tires shined as part of the service. Staff fails to communicate Original pickup with driver was 1pm but scheduled to 2pm due to busy day. Around 215pm I called 4 times (Sales picked up saying "I am in a different department", directed me to voicemail; 2nd call Sales guy (same) connects me again to service department - call drops. 3rd, call drops at the welcome message; 4th call, awesome lady saying she will take care of me and reaching my service contact -- Nope, I end up at voice mail and leave one). 225pm I get a call back -- driver will come in pick up. 250pm finally. At no time was there a phone call or update that the service will take longer than expected..... A phone call as in "hi, we experiencing a delay, can we assist....."..... I pretty much wasted an afternoon with this (rescheduled meetings and traffic). Phonecalls:: At no time any of the staff took ownership to service a customer's call. "I am in a different department" kills businesses. Too much to ask for the customer's name and phone, and taking a note? and end with a "Let me take care of this for you" -- customer service is the whole team!! The gentleman was in the sales department -- I guess I am not buying my next subaru with you guys. I asked for the GM -- never got to see him/her -- and service personnel gave my a voucher for upcoming service -- in writing -- saying they talked to him/her about the timing and phone calls. More
New scratches on my car after service 2 times in a row now On my visit 08-15-2019 for a service appointment at 10AM to replace a shifter knob that the service technicians scratched when they were replacing the On my visit 08-15-2019 for a service appointment at 10AM to replace a shifter knob that the service technicians scratched when they were replacing the old radio the service techs scratched up the door handle on the drivers side (back door) and a big scratch above the door handle (on the paint itself) on the drivers side (front door). Sadly I didnt notice the scratches until I got home because my car is black and it was kind of dark in the car pickup area but when I got home and the car was under direct sunlight I noticed the new scratches right away. More
