first oil change after leasing Ascent I waited in in the lobby. Entire experience including courtesy car wash took about 2 hours. Loud noise from hood. Took two times to get it fixed Issue with high rpm on during engine start. Initial issue was due to the exhaust leak and catalytic converter failure. Had to come back again due to l Issue with high rpm on during engine start. Initial issue was due to the exhaust leak and catalytic converter failure. Had to come back again due to louder noise from the hood and it was due to loose screws from the initial repairs. In the end it was taken care of so not a big deal. Service was friendly and helpful to get it taken care of. More

Long waiting. No resolution I was at dealer 3 hours for an oil change. And to Solve a blu tooth problem. If I had not gotten upset the problem wouldn’t have gone resolved. It t I was at dealer 3 hours for an oil change. And to Solve a blu tooth problem. If I had not gotten upset the problem wouldn’t have gone resolved. It took a few minutes once someone finally was gotten I paid my bill and was upset to see the screen in my car was still not functioning. This is unacceptable!!! More

It Takes a lot time to do regular service Everything was ok except it took almost 4 Hrs to do normal oil change and tire rotation. I serviced my car at different Subaru dealership in OR and i Everything was ok except it took almost 4 Hrs to do normal oil change and tire rotation. I serviced my car at different Subaru dealership in OR and it used to take maximum 45 minutes. Taking appointment also doesn't help at all. People who showed up with me without appointment got their car befor me . More

Basic service took over two hours Waiting area is nice with comfortable seating and good coffee. The wait time for the service was too long at over two hours for an oil change and tire Waiting area is nice with comfortable seating and good coffee. The wait time for the service was too long at over two hours for an oil change and tire rotation. We have the service plan with our lease and the system still tried to charge me over $220. I handed my keys over for the service at 8:50 and go my car back at 11:35 and then had to clear up the invoicing issue. We will not be bringing back our Subaru unless the other dealer is just as bad. More
