Once I received a text that my car was done and going the the car wash, it took another hour. I would have skipped the wash if I was told it would take an hour. When the car was ready all I was told was that everything was done. In the past I was given a summary sheet showing tire wear, battery, etc. I was not told any of this. More

Friendly Service The greeter, who was the first person to talk to us when we took our Forester in for service, met us with a smile and a positive attitude. We told him who our service representative was that that we did have an appointment. He kindly asked us to wait inside and informed us that the service rep would be along soon. When Steve showed up he professionally asked us if there were any additional items that we needed checked out and told us an estimated time we would have to wait. Everything was taken care of and we had time to do a little shopping in the shops across the road. Merry Christmas! More
