Had appointment to to replace tires, alignment & oil change for 9:30 on Saturday while waiting at dealership....at 12:30 I checked in with my service rep & was told tires not in stock & they had to get change for 9:30 on Saturday while waiting at dealership....at 12:30 I checked in with my service rep & was told tires not in stock & they had to get them after already waiting 3 hours! What was the point of me making an appointment Specifying that I wanted tires. Ridiculous & apparently my time is not important either. The service & sales department are NOT as good as they used to be period. All the young sales reps are just sharks & I thought thats not what Subaru was about. Im almost at the end of my lease which probably means I won’t be back to this dealership since im no longer important. Which is a shame since I bought the Subaru because both of my parents still each own Foresters & they’re decent cars. More
They told me service would take a couple of hours. They told me that I could communicate with my service agent via a text They initiated. However, the agent never responded to calls or texts. It ended up taking over 5 hours for a simple service and I missed taking my son to am appointment that I made based on their time estimate. Either way, the lack of communication was unacceptable. Excellence in greeting and reception! Constant communication and status updates. Shuttle provides transportation to and from local destinations.
