Staff was friendly and helpful however after getting my tires changed and leaving the dealership one of the tires started coming loose as I was heading down the highway. When I called them and told them it had almost made me wreck on the highway it took the receptionist multiple calls before she got me on the line with a maintenance manager. The explanation I received when I got the car back and they looked at it was that “something was lose but they tightened it”. I wasn’t looking for a grand apology but I would have appreciated a little more care and concern after almost wrecking going down the highway 5 minutes after they finished working on my vehicle. On the plus side one of their managers did take the vehicle on the high way and test it before I got back on the road. Jaime, the service manager who worked with me most of the day, was very helpful through everything but through no fault of his own he was in a meeting and unavailable when I had the issue with the tire. Bottom line is you expect a higher level of service when you get work done at a certified dealer and that was not the case for me with this dealership. More
Joe Salerno was very professional, efficient and good on his word. However, I was disappointed I was never offered a loaner vehicle since it was kept overnight for some recall work it needed. I realized this after the fact and called back to inquire. The woman I spoke with told me I had to “qualify” for a loaner. I have a leased vehicle, was without transportation for over 24hrs and, as a self employed business owner, lost income due lack of transportation. I don’t think this is justified as I’ve been a Lexus/Subaru customer for over 5 years now. I never had issues getting a loaner when I had my Lexus in the same dealership. This is why I didn’t rate my experience as “excellent”. Had I realized the loaner option while meeting with Joe I would’ve inquired. More
