Those employees tend to be more interested with there phones and friends than in processing the vehicles and clients efficiently. More

Joe cares about the people, not just the vehicles they possess. He is accommodating and kind, and overall the reason I keep coming to Subaru Pembroke Pines. The day I had my car serviced, there was another woman, her name was Elba. She was under training with Joe (how lucky could she get?!) She was quite lovely, and went out of her way to also provide support and excellent customer service. She was appreciated. More
