technical support I recently purchased a Subaru Forester [ a month ago]. A few days after the purchase, my wife noticed a slight tear in the leather which I did not no I recently purchased a Subaru Forester [ a month ago]. A few days after the purchase, my wife noticed a slight tear in the leather which I did not notice when we drove out of the dealership. Yesterday, I returned to the dealership to review some of the technical features of the vehicle and mentioned the small tear in the leather that I assumed could be repaired. The manager of the service department [ didn't catch his name] said that they would order a new leather panel to replace the torn area of the door panel. the service person [ young man named Steve] wrote up the order and explained that it was covered by the warranty and there was no issues with the replacement. people were very nice to me. More
The service department went above and beyond to solve a problem we had been experiencing for 5 months with our Outback. We had a loaner vehicle for the number of days it took to get the parts and getting problem we had been experiencing for 5 months with our Outback. We had a loaner vehicle for the number of days it took to get the parts and getting running properly again. We did not purchase our Subaru there but will always take it there service. They could not have been nicer to us. More

Joe is simply the best If this dealership service area ever lost Joe, I know that this customer wouldn't return. He treats everyone with love and courtesy. Takes care of any issues or questions I may have. My only hiccup here is dropping of and picking up my vehicle when service is finished. Those employees tend to be more interested with there phones and friends than in processing the vehicles and clients efficiently. More

Joe is an excellent communicator, and does his best to inform the client with what is going on with as much information as he is able to provide. Joe is personable, humorous, and direct. Joe cares about the people, not just the vehicles they possess. He is accommodating and kind, and overall the reason I keep coming to Subaru Pembroke Pines. The day I had my car serviced, there was another woman, her name was Elba. She was under training with Joe (how lucky could she get?!) She was quite lovely, and went out of her way to also provide support and excellent customer service. She was appreciated. More
