This morning my husband drove off to work and had to come back home because he got a flat and when he went to change the tire on the Forester he noticed the bolt were lose and not tighten completely. technical support I recently purchased a Subaru Forester [ a month ago]. Yesterday, I returned to the dealership to review some of the technical features of the vehicle and mentioned the small tear in the leather that I assumed could be repaired. The manager of the service department [ didn't catch his name] said that they would order a new leather panel to replace the torn area of the door panel. the service person [ young man named Steve] wrote up the order and explained that it was covered by the warranty and there was no issues with the replacement. people were very nice to me. More

The service department went above and beyond to solve a problem we had been experiencing for 5 months with our Outback.
