Service Consultant Steven Ross your Service Advisor is excellent. During my previous service, the tech did not reset the reminder on my car. Now, during all the prohib Steven Ross your Service Advisor is excellent. During my previous service, the tech did not reset the reminder on my car. Now, during all the prohibitions due to the Corona Virus a warning appeared on my car's readout and I panicked. This service consultant calmed me down over the phone and proceeded to lead me through doing the reset myself. I was so tense I could not follow the instructions. Steven Ross told me to stop by and when I did he himself reset the warning for me knowing I had just been in for the service a few weeks earlier. Great service, thanks! More

Very disapointed with the brand. Since I got the lease, I never was able to use the navigator on the screen. After 2 updates, the last time, (January 2020) the radio was replaced and... the navigator does no never was able to use the navigator on the screen. I am paying for a service I am not getting, I feel I am driving an old car, with many recalls and the only thing I wanted was the navigator when I signed the lease. Waiting to finish the lease. Also, I am sending checks every month for the payment, Chase never HELPED me with the account to do it on line after many calls. I created the account but Chase does not find me... More
